So it made me wonder 2 things:
What is Winter Solstice?
According to The Telegraph - "The winter solstice happens every year when the Sun reaches its most southerly declination of -23.5 degrees. In other words, when the North Pole is tilted furthest – 23.5 degrees – away from the Sun, delivering the fewest hours of sunlight of the year.In the Northern hemisphere the winter solstice is the shortest day of the year, because it is tilted away from the sun, and receives the least amount of sunlight on that day. "
Because it's the shortest day in a year! I always have this sense of urgency that time is running out.. there is so much to see so much to do. If you want to do it? Do it now. It reminds me of a huffingtonpost article that my friend told me about :http://www.huffingtonpost.com/wait-but-why/your-life-in-weeks_b_5366289.html, where it visualizes human life in blocks. You cross 1 block out with each week passes. I think we should all give it a serious read, it's incredible you can pinpoint exactly where you are on that block. Your each move on the block is going to contribute to your next block. Is each building block getting you closer to who you want to be? I don't think words are as powerful as the image itself here. With a blueprint in your head, you should make each week count.
