Angus Glen South Village New Release, back to Phase 1 Price!

This is pretty exciting stuff. I have been a long time fan of Kylemore Communities, for their quality of build and focus on well being. They set a high standard for the industry, especially for end user home building. They build communities that really stand out and stand the test of time. Residents love their communities, and more importantly the resale value for those homes are always at a premium. In other words, you have to pay up to enter a Kylemore community, and it pays later down the road.

The Angus Glen South Village was initially released in 2021. The community consists of various sizes of single detached homes and double garage townhomes. Phase 1A was quickly sold out, at a premium price compared to other projects being sold at the time in the same neighbourhood. Phase 1B was released a year later. Price was increased significantly, somewhere in the +30% range. It took some time for the market to absorb, but Kylemore stood firm on their prices despite the market conditions due to high interest rates.

Now, the gold opportunity has arrived! Kylemore is about to release new blocks of townhomes. And the prices are... drumroll.... back to the 2021 Phase 1 price! There aren't a lot of them, only 83 townhomes. 18ft frontage with sizes range from 1,800 - 2,180 sqft, 3 bed to 4 bed options, with rarelane double garage.

I still remember one thing the Kylemore CEO said "Kylemore likes to build things differently. They are bigger, nicer and more attention to details". I am very excited about this release. More info to follow next week.
